Meet Abigail
I work with teens and adults, combining the skills of a counselor and hypnotherapist to support greater self-awareness, balance, and wellbeing. My approach blends the structured methods of Western psychology with holistic, mindfulness-based practices drawn from Eastern traditions.
Clients often come to me when they’re feeling stuck—emotionally, in their relationships, or in life—and are ready to uncover and shift the underlying patterns and beliefs that keep them from moving forward. I offer personalized care tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences, drawing from a range of modalities—including cognitive and behavioral approaches, Buddhist psychology, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and somatic practices, and indigenous spirituality—to facilitate meaningful and lasting change.

Teen counseling with Abigail combines Western psychological methods and tools with mindfulness‑inspired wisdom traditions adapted for teens.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy guides individuals into a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration, enhancing self-awareness and increasing openness to change. It can serve as a catalyst for lasting change in the thoughts, habits, and behaviors that keep you feeling stuck, unfulfilled, or frustrated in any area of your life.

Applied Shamanism
draws on earth-based wisdom traditions to facilitate deep personal healing. Sessions help relieve the effects of difficult experiences—whether external (painful relationships, harmful situations, stressful environments) or internal (limiting beliefs, unresolved emotions). Through guided inner work, we’ll shift long-held imbalances and restore clarity, vitality, and self-trust.
